The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in retail/consumer products with data analysis and retail POS exposure (CPG)
• Advanced user of Excel and Access (critical requirement)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to accuracy
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with sound business judgment
• Experience handling small projects and basic analytical assignments independently
• Working knowledge of Cognos and MicroStrategy; JDA analytics preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present and interact across all levels

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze rolling POS and category reports
• Deliver insights on SKU optimization, assortment, and category growth
• Prepare S&OP reporting packages and support alignment meetings
• Provide clear, action-oriented insights to supply chain and stakeholders
• Build data models and integrate POS and causal data for business recommendations
• Partner with marketing and supply chain on demand planning and product innovation
• Support continuous optimization of product portfolios and categories
• Perform sales and business analysis to support go-to-market strategies
• Maintain and enhance reporting systems, data structures, and automated reports
• Present data through reports and dashboards for regular updates
• Contribute to business reviews, PLRs, and category management activities
• Translate analysis into insights, forecasts, and performance tracking
